Pager Wallet ("the App") is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet for macOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect personal data. Specifically:

Private keys and recovery phrases are generated and stored entirely on your device.
We do not have access to your wallet, keys, balances, or transaction history.
No analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking pixels are included.
No account registration is required.

Network Requests

The App makes the following network requests:

Price data: Fetched from CoinGecko's public API to display market prices. No personal information is sent.
Configuration: A configuration endpoint is checked on launch to deliver feature updates. No personal data is transmitted.
DApp Browser: When you use the built-in browser, you interact directly with third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Data Storage

All wallet data (encrypted keys, preferences, portfolio settings) is stored locally on your device using macOS Keychain and app-sandboxed storage. Data is never transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the CoinGecko API for market data. CoinGecko's privacy policy applies to price data requests. No other third-party services are used.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
